Ruth has worked with our business since 2022, initially to help lead our BRC implementation project. She then developed a full Quality Management System including policies, procedures, HACCP, risk assessments and work instructions for us, that gave us the framework to ensure we operate to good manufacturing practices and met the requirements demanded by the BRCGS standard. Ruth supported us throughout our initial implementation and attended our audit days. Since our initial BRC implementation, and first audit, Ruth has proved to be an ongoing support to our team, regularly attending site to work with us on the impact and delivery of new processes, product changes and new developments alongside delivering our monthly internal audit programme.
